Our Policies
Three Rivers Resort
Welcome to Three Rivers Resort! Please be respectful of all guests and property. We pride ourselves in providing a beautiful, fun, relaxing, family-oriented environment. We want everyone to have a great stay!
Registered guests: All persons staying in any lodging area must check in to be a registered guest. All registered guests are required to provide a valid driver's license. A photocopy will be taken upon check in. Guests are required to have a credit card on file for incidentals. Please leave all towels, linens, dishes, and supplies in the cabin or room or you will be charged for missing items.
Cancellations: Deposits for first night are non-refundable. You must provide a two-week notice, prior to the first night of reservation, to not be charged for the remaining nights of the reservation. Cancellations within 7-13 days of the reservation will forfeit 50% of the deposit, and cancellations within 6 days will forfeit the entire deposit.
No refunds will be issued once a guest has registered and occupied a unit.
Pets: We charge a fee of $10 per pet per night, and we allow a maximum of 2 pets per site. Dogs are allowed, no other pets. Your dog must be friendly and under your direct supervision. Please do not leave your dog unattended. Please keep dogs off the beds. If your dog is bothering any other resort members, you will be asked to keep your dog on a leash or contained. If a problem persists, you may be asked to remove your pet from the resort property. You must pick up after your dog at all times. The Pet Waste Station is at the North End of the Shower house. If your dog causes any damage to the resort property, digging, chewing, etc. or requires extra cleaning because of dog hair, you may be charged.
Check In/Out: Check in is 4:00 p.m. If your room/cabin is clean and available sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee your room will be clean until 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Key Drop: If you are departing, and the office is not open, place your key in the key drop box in front of the office. Lost keys will cost $30.00
Quiet Hours: We ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. daily. ALL guests must leave by 10:00 p.m. and they must check in immediately on arrival and have guest wrist bands and parking permits.
Rumpus Room: Rules and Hours of Operation will be posted on the Rumpus Room Door (when open).
Pool and Hot Tubs: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Only registered guests may use the pool and hot tub. You and your children are swimming at your own risk. All Children under the age of 13 must be directly supervised by an adult. If your children are 13-17, they may swim following the posted rules, but you are still responsible for them at all times. Guests must follow the posted pool and hot tub rules. Summer pool hours are from 10 am to 8pm daily. The pool will be closed during the off season. Off season begins 9/4/2024. Hot tub will remain open until November, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Maintenance issues may alter this schedule.
Speed Limit: The Resort Speed Limit is 5 MPH – no ATV/Dirt Bike Riding on Resort Property.
Personal Property: Three Rivers Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Please secure your belongings.
Fires: Fires are permitted in approved fire rings and grills and must comply with all current regulations.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING: There will be a charge of up to $250 for smoking in your room.
Wi-Fi is for Registered Guests only
Store/Lobby: Mon-Wed 8am-5pm; Thurs-Sun 8am-8pm
3 Rivers Resort Campground and Property Rules
  • 1. Clean your site: Don't leave a dirty site for the next campers. Please leave it better than you found it.
  • 2. Put your fire out: Be sure to put out your fire before bed, before heading out for the day, or when you leave the site at the end of the stay.
  • 3. Clean up after your pets: Whether you're at your campsite, walking through the campground or hiking or a nearby trail, always clean up after your pets. Be sure your pet doesn't do its business in someone else's campsite.
  • 4. Don't wash dishes or other items in the bathroom. No exceptions. Please leave the toilet paper, soap, etc. in the bathroom for all guests to use.
  • 5. Do not move fire pits.
  • 6. Do not move signs or number stakes.
  • 7. Do not move furniture. (Ask permission from management if there is a concern or issue).
  • 8. If you check out a ball or item, be sure to take it back right away when done (this includes balls, DVDs, etc.)
  • 9. No ATV joy riding within or on resort property. We allow ATVs as there are great trails, etc. around us. However, we do not allow adults or kids to ride ATVs on our property other than for the sole purpose of entering/exiting the resort. While on resort property, all vehicles must have an adult operator with a valid driver's license.
  • 10. 5 mph speed limit must be observed at all times by all vehicles and drivers on resort property.
  • 11. All children must be with an adult when in the convenience/office area.
  • 12. Parents are responsible for their children at all times in all areas of resort property.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
  • 1. All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • 2. Please keep the gate closed for safety.
  • 3. Pick up after yourself, avoid glass on the pool deck and put all trash in the trash can.
  • 4. Hot tubs are open 10 am to 8 pm seasonally.
  • 5. Appropriate swim wear is required.
  • 6. All persons using the pool and hot tubs must be active registered guests.
  • 7. Follow all posted pool and hot tub rules.
Be a Good Neighbor
  • 1. Don't cut through campsites unless you know your neighbors.
  • 2. Respect quiet hours. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am.
  • 3. Use lowlights when driving through the campground or unloading your car at night.
  • 4. Keep your pet on a leash..
  • 5. All of your belongings, including your vehicles, must fit within your designated space.
To summarize, please be respectful of all management & staff. If management or staff asks you to drive slower, watch your pet, lower your volume, etc. you must be respectful and follow resort rules. If you do not, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded. You may also be asked not to come back if the problem is severe or persists. If anyone on property is not a registered guest, they will be asked to leave immediately and law enforcement will be notified. This is private property and all guests must be registered immediately upon arrival. When making a reservation as well as registering at the resort at check-in, you receive a copy of these rules and by signing your registration you are agreeing to abide by them, (including all persons in your reservation/party).
**Please note: We have pest traps and bait around the resort property. It is your responsibility to keep a watchful eye on your pet for their safety and well-being.
